ONLINE PURCHASES​

Sample Stock Purchase: Item will ship out in 10 business days via Canada Post.  Tracking will be provided. All sample dresses have been looked over by management and a seamstress to bring the dress back to its original integrity.  They are store worn so a little imperfections should be expected.  Call the store for more details on the condition of a specific dress.  Pleases see return policy.

 

Special Order Purchase:  Helene's is not responsible for any manufacturing defects or manufacturing of the dress.  In times of supplier's inability to provide the requested dress by the indicated timeline, a full refund will be issued.

RETURN POLICY (online purchase only)

Should you be unhappy with your online purchase, you may return or exchange it with the following guidelines:

The store must be notified within 3 days of your order arriving that you wish to return.  At that time, customer will be informed of return procedures and time deadline.

​

Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

​

Item must arrive back in the store by the pre-determined deadline in the same original condition as it was sent out.  If it is worn or damaged, no return or exchange will be considered.

​

There will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from return amount.

Only when all of these conditions are met, will the funds be returned or exchange processed. ​​​
